We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Homecare Nurse to join our team. As a Homecare Nurse, you will provide essential medical care and support to patients within the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients’ health conditions, administering medication, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and educating patients and their families on proper care techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health conditions and medical histories.
• Develop personalized care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe for any changes in health status.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications.
• Document patient care activities, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Maintain open communication channels with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards governing home healthcare services.

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license in Europe, Africa and Asia.
• Must hold IHCAE Certificate
• Proven experience working as a nurse in a homecare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules.
• Additional certifications may be preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients’ homes within designated service area.
